I’ll let you know.. but dad’s been on it since sept and he’s lost 42 as of today. He swears that since day 2 he’s not been hungry. This one just really works well for me because none of it has to be refrigerated so I can take it to class with me easily. I’m planning on going to our reunion this year and I’m determined to be thinner before then. Call it superficial or whatever… i’m just claiming it as good motivation!

Hi,
Just wanted to tell you I am a misplaced, transplanted SE Arky-saw gal too.
I am from Warren and moved to NE Kentucky four years ago to join my Feller when my daughter enrolled at Emory.
I have found I actually miss the hot, humid summers…now THAT is homesick!
Anyway, I was happy to stumble upon a fellow Arky site and wanted you to know we were practically neighbors at one point. (I am assuming you were from Edited by author.)
My Feller is a physician as well, Emergency Medicine.
