I keep a 3 gallon plastic container on the counter with fresh water in it. It has a spout, so it is easy to dispense the water.
I would love to win this!
Hi, Another wonderful “SIGG” bottle. They are so great! I really don’t have to do anything to encourage my two sons to drink more water. They refill containers on their own. Both of them are so active, they want to drink water. Believe it or not, they hardly drink any
soda! Please enter me in your drawing. Thanks,Cindi

Yes, please! I fill up water bottles for each of us every morning, and encourage everyone to sip from theirs throughout the day. We currently have some Kleen Kanteens, but I’ve been wanting to try the Siggs.
I subscribed, so enter me two times, okay?
I’m giving away three items, so I hope you’ll come take a look!

I keep multiple water bottles filled in the fridge at all times — we all prefer our water super cold. And I keep my kids stocked with a water bottle to have on their desk at school. DH takes them in his lunch box to work now, and I carry mine around all day long (until it’s worn out and now I need a new one!)
the black is soo sleek, love it!
I added u to my reader, which is how i found that your day 2 giveaway was already up!
Oooh! Sigg bottles in the fridge — what a wonderful idea, JenniferB! TOTALLY going to try that!
I actually bought my son the pirate-flavored sigg for his birthday, just to encourage him to drink more water. It totally worked, too. If I win this sigg, I’d use it to “train” my hubby. =D
Great giveaway — thanks!
Well, I say, go drink some water. And I got a special pitcher for my 6 year old to pour her own water (our water dispenser doesn’t work on our frig).
Oh, and I keep some bottles filled with purified water by the door to grab when we go somewhere. They are glass, so a metal one is preferable with kids.

Well, my kids love to drink water and drink plenty of it. It’s me that’s the problem: I keep a bog jug filled with water in the kitchen. This way I know how much I still need to drink during the day.
Thanks for the giveaway, I would love to win.
Very cool! I really want one of these!

To be honest we are all big water drinkers at my house so not much encouraging is needed. It helps that we live in the desert though! I am trying to get everyone around here to use bottles like this instead of bottled water all of the time so this is something that will help greatly!

My daughter has POTS and needs to drink lots and lots of water…so I do the same…we label a container of water for the day with our name on it and see who gets finished first…fun and healthy
To encourage them to drink more water, I bought a filter pitcher. It makes the water taste better, and we all love it super cold. I’d love to win! Thank you for the chance =)

Hi, I subscribed to your feed. Interesting blog.
I obsessively fill up my Brita, and drink liters at a time. I am one of the thirstiest people I know…They tell me my Nalgene is outdated, so I’d be so excited to win this Sigg!
Second picture on the enclosed link shows my love for water. Enjoy!

No encouragement…I just love water.
I carry a Nalgene bottle with me whereever I go, but of late I’ve become concerned with the plastic and hope to switch to metal (like the SIGG!) soon. The only times I drink beverages besides water are tea for breakfast and cranberry drink with dinner. Otherwise, it’s water, water, water!!!

An easy way to drink more water in my house is that I just don’t buy anything else. If I go to the market alone there is no “buy me this”.
I’m supposed to be packing, but no, here I am trying to get a Sigg!
We use True Lemon and True Lime here to encourage water consumption. LOVE that stuff.
And, I’m subscribed. Because I want to be the first to know I won ALL of your Siggs!

I find that drinking out of a straw helps encourage me to drink more water…not sure why, maybe it’s just psychological…but the other big thing I’ve started doing is instead of asking my husband at dinner time what he wants to drink, I just fill both our glasses with water. Typically if we start with water, we finish with water - definitely a great thing for us! Thanks for the great giveaways - just LOVE these SIGG bottles!
jodi’s last blog post..Yippee - it’s Bloggy Giveaways Carnival time!
When any of the children complain of a headache, water is my first answer. Really, any complaint gets the response, “Go drink a whole glass of water then we’ll see how you feel.”
I used to be a really good water drinker but somehow got swayed away by sodas, etc….but now I’m back! I encourage myself by setting a goal of how many bottles of water to drink each day and then work away at it until I have gotten them in! And, really, it’s amazing that I’ve had to work at this because I really love water. PS - I refill the same bottle over and over, so this great SIGG bottle would be perfect for that! Thanks for the great give away!
We purchase the big 5 gallon water bottle for everyone to drink. Since doing so, my family as drank more water than ever!
Annabelle’s last blog post..I have realized…
These are great! I get my family drinking water by explaining the reasons it’s so good. For the little peoples, we made a chart, and got to put stickers on it when we had drank enough for each day.

Ok, I have 3 boys so today’s bottle would be better for us than the floral, lol! Seriously, we are huge water drinkers. My middle son only drinks water and vanilla milkshakes! My youngest loves Coke, juice, etc. but we really limit those and encourage the boys to drink water. Their dad and I drink a ton to set a good example. I have been wanting to buy some of these Sigg bottles, but just have not yet. So please enter me, and I hope I win! Woo! Oh, and I really enjoy your blog, too.
Water is the drink of choice at my house and everyone is in on the challenge of getting 8-10 8 oz glasses in a day. I find that exercising together gives you a great thirst and water hits the spot.
We use reusable water bottles (but I now think they’re the potentially harmful kind) and take them everywhere with us…helps to drink more water! Oh, and I added you to my Google Reader!

Actually, it’s the opposite for us - my husband has to remind me to drink water during the day. And he’s pretty cute about it. He’ll call to say ‘hi’, and ask if I’ve had any water (we work out a lot, and he’s very conscious about rehydrating). He also makes sure we each have a glass of water with dinner at home.
Thanks for the great giveaway!! We love SIGG bottles.
I’m subscribing to your email feed for another entry. Thanks!!
One of the things we try to do is limit the number of other drinks in the house so that there is only water to drink. We do sometimes purchase juice or soda for a special evening or if we order pizza or something. I would love to be entered in your giveaway.
It sounds basic, but my best tip is to not buy soda. I like it a lot better than water and I drink it if it’s in the house. When water is the only option, I drink a lot more. Funny how that works.

We have a rule at our house… no pop until you’ve had 2 liters of water that day, LOL! Obviously, the rule doesn’t apply to our toddler (who doesn’t get any pop anyway), but it works well for my husband and I.

I am a water drinker. I love that my fridge has an outside dispenser. It makes it convenient for me to stop and get a drink on my way through the kitchen.
I remind myself constantly that I can’t be healthy unless I drink lots of water! So I have a huge glass that I constantly keep filled with water. But this bottle sure would make it easier to lug it around!!!! And my kids know that they drink water, except for special occasions… when it’s juice.

I pretty much only drink water at home and keep a bottle at work for during the day. I’ve been buying the pre-bottled water because it’s more convenient, but would love a cool bottle like this one to use instead of buying and throwing away all of those plastic ones. And to bring to the girls’ soccer games this spring - in fact, I’d probably hardly leave home without it.
I keep bottles in the refridge and tell myself the more I drink the more weight I might lose.

I can’t tell you how much I would LOVE to have a SIGG water bottle. I have heard so many awesome things about them and with the food program I am on, I have to increase my water. This would be a GREAT way to help keep me motivated. As far as what I do to get my family to drink more water, I keep a jug of it in the fridge all the time — two in the summer. That way, when they open the fridge to get a drink, they grab the water before the other things such as soda, Kool-Aid or juice. Thank you for the opportunity to win such an awesome prize in the giveaway. I have added an RSS feed for/to your site for that extra entry! Good luck everyone!

Sigg is a solution.
Good luck to all.
We only drink milk or water. I keep plastic (reusable) cups next to the fridge. My kids keep filling up all day long.

I use persistence to get my husband to drink more water. If I bug him enough, he finally does it.
my husband reminds me hourly/daily to drink more water
These are awesome! We do not have a problem with not drinking enough water. When my son was a toddler, he would drink 2-3 cups of water every night (not to mention what he would drink all day.) so he would wet through his diaper every night. I just give the kids cups on the counter everyday, and they refill them as needed. Thanks for the giveaway!
