Favorite work out song? Hum… I generally listen to some classical pieces by hayden and Mozart, and if I’m feeling silly, I turn on Sousa marches and Old Fashioned fiddle music to work me up while I clean the house. ;)

We’ve recently come across a band called Fireflight - they’re a Christian group, but extremely great sound and their lyrics aren’t cheesy at all - if you’ve ever seen Bionic Woman, their song Unbreakable is used for the intro. As far as secular for a workout…I’d have to say “Staying Alive” or “I will survive” Great giveaway - thanks!

I bought some compilation music CDs from “Power Music.” I found that a lot easier than compiling my own, and well worth the cost (about $18 for a CD). You can choose a CD based on the type of music you want, and best of all, you can choose the tempo that you want!! Different tempos for yoga, step, circuit, etc.

When I used to go to the gym a lot that song “Say My Name” was popular. I don’t like that kind of music but it had a good beat, and whenever I hear it now I want to jump on the eliptical.

I like to listen to Queen when I’m on the treadmill and “Don’t Stop Me Now” comes on right at the perfect time. When I’m tired and ready to quit. This songs comes on and keeps me moving till the end. It has a great beat for walking.

But I can listen to most anything as long as it has a steadish beat.

I like to hop on the treadmill with Kenny Chesney playing. Especially “Summertime”. It seems to motivate me and remind me why I am trying to get in shape.

Okay, this is incredibly silly… my favorite workout song is an OLD one. “It Takes Two” by Rob Base & DJ E-Z Rock. It’s a ridiculous song, but I was a young teenager when I first heard it and it made me want to get up and MOVE… and it still does. :P

Oh geez, I don’t have an iPod and I haven’t used a CD player for exercising since, ummmm, 1998. At the time, I liked George Clinton funkadelic stuff to jog by: Do Fries Go With that Shake?, Atomic Dog, etc.

I hope that doesn’t disqualify me from entering for this Sigg bottle LOL! ;-) Thanks for the chance to win.

I walk with a friend and don’t listen to music, so I asked my hubby what he listens to while he runs and he said he likes to listen to a little Van Halen. (I liked it better when I didn’t know, haha!)
