Re-Design Time

As I mentioned yesterday, I'm ready to get a new look. So far, I've had good luck with out-of-the-box free themes. I've enjoyed being able to change the look of the blog on a whim, but I think that it is time for a more personal design.
Here's where you come in!
Have you used a Blog Designer recently? Did you like them? Were they priced reasonably?
I just need some recommendations. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
(Oh yeah, I'm using Wordpress.org to power my blog. Some designers only create templates for Blogger.)

Yes! I used a wonderful blog designer named Shera- her blog is called A Frog in My Soup and her design company is called Sweet 'n Simple designs. Both links are available on my blog if you are interested! She was wonderful to work with and very reasonably priced. I HIGHLY recommend her! Oh, and she works with wordpress too.

Heather at Goofy Girl Designs. She did mine and is very reasonable (I think I paid $20), it may have been cheaper if I'd have used my own picture. Very easy to work with, check her out.
