In honor of earth day, I am giving away some fantastic Sigg Water Bottles!
This is the one that I have up for grabs today! It is white with little pale pink flowers. We have recently started using these bottles, and I love mine! It is just one way that we are trying to cut back on the amount of waste that our family produces.
Here’s How You Win:

We've been using the energy saving lights and we recycle our cans. It's not much yet but it is a start. I hope to be doing more soon. Thank you!
Oh I would love to win this!
My 7 year old has started saving all of the cans in our house. We bought him a can crusher and he does all of the crushing himself, sometimes with the crusher and sometimes with his feet (because its more fun to stomp on them!) Then he gets to keep the money he gets when Daddy and him go recycle them. :)

I try to recycle anything we can, and we also use a Brita filter at home and try to use reusable containers to drink water out of (tea, milk get cups). My husband and I recently bought a Prius and we are also using some cloth bags for shopping.
And yes, I subscribed to your feed. :)
To save water I got a eco shower sprayer and I use a brita water pitcher to filter my tap.

We're just starting to "go green" at our house. We're switching to reusable grocery bags, got a programmable thermostat, and we've started recycling our plastics, paper, and cans.

I try to live as green as I can and TEACH green! I'll list some of our families efforts...
*cloth diapering
*recycling
*electronic bill pay
*logged on to the national distribution of all JUNK mail and took our name off the list (big one!!!)
*I've set up 2 old tubberware bins attached to my gutter [hidden nicely behind large shrubs] to collect storm run off and water my garden! ;-D
*eco friendly household cleaners....
*reusable shopping bags
*I "recycle clothes" (I love to say that) In other words I'm NOT a big store shopper...consignment and goodwill! (you can find ooodles of big brand names in good will!!!)
I could seriously go on and on...and on... I love to teach my kids to live healthier more eco friendly lives. I grew upon a farm so this is easy for me!
I would LOVE that sigg bottle. SO please count me in! (I subscribed to the feedburner with my other email address...this one is my main.) I use the other just for my blog updates, so that no one gets in my spam box! (IF I win ...my email is mooremommy@gmail.com)
